Achy Muscle: Mix Eucalyptus oil, Wintergreen oil and Cypress oil with coconut, olive oil or an unscented lotion and apply to muscles.

Arthritis Relief: Mix 2 drops of Wintergreen oil, Cypress oil and Lemongrass oil with coconut, olive oil or an unscented lotion. Massage into affected areas.
- Wintergreen oil (must be diluted before use) stimulates blood circulation around the affected tissues and muscles.
- Cypress oil works as an anti-inflammatory properties.

Bug Bites: Use a drop of Lavender oil for bug bites and stings for its antimicrobial and soothing properties.

Cold Sores: Mix 4 drops of Tea Tree oil to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil. Using a cotton swab apply to the affected area a couple of times a day until the cold sore is gone. Store the solution in a tightly sealed brown glass bottle.

4. Peppermint Oil: Mix about 7 drops of Peppermint oil in 1/4 cup of coconut oil or olive oil and massage it onto your scalp. After 2 hours rinse it out thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Sore Feet: Add 10 drops of Peppermint oil with a tablespoon of Epson salt to warm-water for a soothing foot bath.

Sunburn: Aloe Vera Gel and Lavender oil can be used separately or combined.

Toenail Fungus: Applying few drops of Thyme oil on the affected area twice a day will work wonders against the infection. Cover the toenail with a cotton sock after applying the oil. You may also use coconut oil mixed with the essential oil.

Vapor Rub: (Homemade) Put 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of grated bees wax into a glass jar, a mason jar would work.
- Place the jar into a saucepan with 2 - 3 inches of water on medium low heat to allow wax to melt, stir to combine.
- Let cool slightly then add 20 drops of Peppermint oil and 20 drops of Eucalyptus oil and stir to combine.
- Allow to setup then place lid on jar for storage.
